What it does:
CooldownCount is a World of Warcraft AddOn that tells you the exact number of seconds, minutes or hours until an action button is ready to be used again. It plugs "on top" of the normal action buttons, and may soon be totally dynamical so it is not a big XML hog anymore.

CooldownCount works for all the native bars in World of Warcraft, and with an addon to allow it to work for the AllInOneInventory mod. It is also Khaos-compatible but does not require Khaos.
This is a terrific mod if you must know the exact moment you can use a spell or whatever.
